Return &  Refund Policy

At Standard Computer International Pvt. Ltd., We aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing genuine laptops, gadgets, and electronics. If a product has any issue upon delivery or within the initial usage period, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth resolution process.

3-Day Replacement or Refund Policy (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a replacement or refund within 3 working days of purchase if the product has:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failure or breakdown under normal use

This is referred to as the β€œDead on Arrival (DOA)” policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must include:

  • Original product packaging
  • All accessories (charger, cables, etc.)
  • Original invoice
  • Warranty card

Important Note

Any signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering will void the return eligibility as per our Warranty Policy.

Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • If the customer does not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after approval
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method

Product Inspection

Before issuing any refund, the product will be inspected to ensure:

  • No warranty-void conditions are present
  • All return requirements are met

No Hidden Charges Policy

  • No shipping or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers receive the full eligible refund value (subject to inspection results)

Missing Items & Deductions

All returned products will be verified against the original purchase.

  • A return receipt (physical + email copy) will be provided
  • If any accessories or items are missing, their value will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount

Post 3-Day Policy

After the initial 3-day DOA period, the following applies:

  • No return or refund will be accepted
  • Any issues will be handled under the manufacturer warranty terms only
  • Customers must follow the respective brand warranty process
